Chef Marco Caveglia is an alumnus of the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli; The oldest and most prestigious pizza school in Italy. Marco graduated as a master in three different pizza styles.

Shortly after graduating, he opened a restaurant located in the Chianti region of Italy, which he successfully operated for 15 years.
​
In 2012, Marco moved to Canada to follow his dream of opening an Authentic Italian Pizzeria in North America.
​
In 2018, his dream became a reality when he opened Tuscan Wolf Pizzeria. A traditional Italian Pizzeria featuring a menu with over 100 options & exclusive products.
