NFI was MEINEKE Canada’s franchise Head Office. Meineke itself is one of the strongest automotive service chains in the United States with over 1000 units and brand spokesman like George Foreman. Since signing on with Meineke in late 2005 we have helped the automotive chain grow to 50+ units in Canada.

Pro Oil Change

Pro Oil Change is a “quick lube’ service shop that had grown to 10 corporate units and was finding it difficult to manage. The problem however lied in the fact that no 2 units were the same and therefore lacked an identity. In 2009 when Travis Allen came to NFI we were able to give his great company a complete makeover from “soup to nuts”. NFI began by building an identity from a website to all franchise documents and operations manuals to the now trademarked Pro Oil Change Oil cap logo. From there we have sold 25+ units in Ontario and have assisted in a master for British Columbia and it is only the beginning of Pro Oil Change’s growth as a dominant player in the “quick lube” industry in Canada.

In an already strong automotive franchise category that was dominated by players like Midas and Speedy and more NFI took on a mandate to put the right kind of franchisees into a growing Ontario automotive franchisor. We succeeded in helping open up 20+ shops and assisted in the structuring and launch of a now standardized provincial franchise advertising campaign.

Over the past 15 years NFI has been working with Midas Canada and their franchise re-sales. Re-sales can be a very challenging portion of a franchisors day to day franchise development as no franchisor ever likes the prospect of closing or taking over a unit corporately that isn’t in the strategic plan. Over the past 15 years Network Franchising International has been responsible for 50+  re-sales and in some cases allocating the real estate attached as well.
